Visualizza tutti i feedback.
A charming venue with delicious entrees and great staff. Indoor and outdoor seating as well as a really nice bar. Highly recommend.
I eat out on average more than once per day, for decades. This is my first written review, only because I just can't NOT say something about the experience. I'll try to keep it useful but brief. The place was reasonably occupied for a Friday night prime time. We were immediately seated, and the first impression was everything we hoped, a clean, hip, local upscale neighborhood vibe just the type we like. By the time we got our food things emptied a bit. It took nearly 30 minutes from the time we sat, mostly waiting for food but also a bit for the chance to order. The food was the problem. My eggplant parmigiana $24 was literally two small ish slices of eggplant, arranged in a v shape over a mound of white cream sauce pasta. It didn't even look like an appetizer portion. It was on the edge of hot. The penne alla vodka was in a “lunch size” bowl, and after adding chicken $10 was $32! The chicken parm was the winner, a reasonably large portion of chicken and pasta like you'd expect. When our waiter checked on us, he saw my empty plate (3 mins? and asked “well you must have enjoyed that!” I responded by saying how the portion was just way too small, just two small slices of eggplant that I literally ate in 4 bites. He told me “that's how they do it there” but it's actually “the same portion size in terms of ounces” that the chicken parm is. Basically I got told that the golf ball I ate was the same portion as the bowling ball I watched my son eat for 20 minutes. It was laughable.
This was a go to place for us for 3 years. We haven't been there in about 6 months. Ordered chicken parm. It was delicious but half the size of normal. Same with Caeser salad. Experience very disappointing. Will not be back.
Alfredo sauce extremely poor runny and no flavor much too noisy Can't recommend at all
