Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Scottsdale

We've ordered through a third-party delivery service from this restaurant a few times, and each experience has been great. It's quite impressive, especially since it's about 15 minutes away from us. The food is always packaged securely, and it’s fresh every time. Plus, we love receiving that delicious hot sauce to accompany the fried chicken and sandwiches!

We really enjoy delicious fried chicken. KFC tends to be overly greasy and salty, while Popeyes' original flavor is a bit too spicy for our taste. However, the mild option at Popeyes is absolutely fantastic. There’s a generous amount of great chicken in those boxes. The service was quick and professional, which we appreciated. I truly love this Popeyes, especially because they offer the mild batter.

Tonight, August 29, 2022, at 7 p.m., I ordered the combo meal with popcorn shrimp and it was absolutely superb! It felt like a full meal. I did notice that the sauces arrived a bit late, but overall, it was a great dining experience. The atmosphere created by the staff is unique and lively. The iced tea was really refreshing and did exactly what it should. Oh, and if you're low on battery, there are charging stations for your electronics. I would definitely recommend it; it was a good 30 minutes spent!

I have gone to this location 3 times this week. 2 times the doors were locked. Today, only the drive thru is open, but no one is answering. I don't understand. Do you not want any business. I see a lot of customers leaving, only to go to whataburger. I am just about done with this location. I like your food, but I wi stop coming to this location.

They never have their light outside canopy light on. They want people to think they are closed so they don't have to work..They never have spicy chicken and run out of other items. It's horrible! They are loosing money. You would think the owner would care.
