The Rooster Tavern - Scottsdale

The place was too dark ... hard to see the menu. There wasn't enough lighting, and it felt like a dungeon/cave. The food was really good. The service was great.Food: 4/5

Great place to go for a fun time. Staff is awesome...they are Uber responsive to TV requests and very attentive. Bartenders are great, as well. Definitely a go-to for a night out, with live music Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Food is really good too.

This place is just the best! They have a tall highchair for my 2 year old so he can sit at the high tops and they always make room for my Dad who is in a wheelchair when we come in. Carter is the best and anything to the contrary is completely wrong. He adjusts the fans, has a mastery of the remote controls, cuts a perfect orange slice and always brings us extra roll ups when our son drops his silverware on the floor. If you don't take life too seriously, like to laugh and have a good time this is the place! 5 stars!

Got seated immediately. Got our menus and ordered. Apps we got fried (tempura fried) pickles and pretzel bites. The fried level on the pickles was so light yet so tasty and filling. Seasoned amazing. The pretzel bite again was so light but with an amazing crunch. Cheese sauce was heavy yet light. Like the cheese sauce you would put on eggs or a dip.Entree we got the fish tacos and the chicken sandwich. The best chicken sandwich I have ever tasted. It was so good my wife gave me the last bite. Fish tacos are exactly what you would want when you ask for fish tacos. The fry on it was amazing.. AMAZING!!! but the bread winner of it all… their fries.. OMG. I can’t explain it. Just order it if you come.

Christie Kayleigh were fun and so was “WHISKEY DAVE”. It was a good place to meet up with some locals and have a beer. This was one of the nicest place for patrons and employees. I WOULD RECOMMEND
