We placed a $70 order, got texts and updates that is was being prepared. When we went to pick up the order, the store was closed.I have been trying since then to get a refund, every time I called I was told either a don or a Carla was working on getting it resolved. And now it's gotten to the point where they promise resolution, put me on hold or tell me I'm being transferred to a manager.. then they hang up. The last I spoke, I was advised to stop calling and now they will not answer my calls. I've tried reaching out to my card company, they advise to go through valley wings... I've been in the restaurant industry and customer service, not once have I ever experienced this treatment... it's sad and I hope this will get resolved soon.
How on earth this place has 4.6 reviews is beyond me. The staff are tolerable but not friendly, and the concept is embarrassing. No fountain drinks, just cans and bottles, they give you an 8oz plastic water bottle from Sam’s club with wings! Are you kidding??? Who is only going to drink 8oz of water with wings. No celery or carrots, nasty Walmart brand blue cheese dressing, and for the finale, the wings were pre cooked. They came out faster than it takes a wing to cook, at room temperature, with cold buffalo sauce. Not even acceptable on a delivery, let alone eating in their establishment. So understaffed that they don’t check on you once after they drop your food off. I will say the flavor of the buffalo sauce was very nice, and the fries were decent and hot. Way too many good wing places within 3 miles of this place to go back.
Non-battered oil fried product with Good sauce recipes. It appeared they put the sauce on top of the wings after they plate them. Pretty sure their pictures show wings tossed in sauce and then plated. Overall a good value.
Best wings in the PHX metropolitan area that I've had in the 30+ years I've lived here. Both their wet and dry flavors are excellent. The dry hot will certainly put hair on your chest and the Cajun and lemon pepper are perfect. Mango habanero, Korean BBQ, buffalo, and garlic Parm are go-to's for sauces. This place is no frills and all thrills!
Small sized wings they justify by calling them atlanta style, 'they 're extra crispy '. Also loud racy chatter from black people talking very badly about white people. The owner was fine but the environment is disingenuous to the community. Poor wings, decent sauces, racist blacks, easy avoid in 2023.
