I have ordered from this restaurant online twice now, and both times I encountered issues with the order when I arrived to pick it up. The first time, they cancelled the order and I wasn't charged. The second time, they gave me a fresh pizza to replace my order, but they forgot to include the cheesebread that I had paid for. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to struggle with handling online orders, causing me to lose $10. While the pizza itself is delicious, the restaurant needs to improve their service or consider discontinuing online ordering altogether.

I placed an online order 45 minutes in advance, but when I arrived at the restaurant, they had not checked for orders and I had to wait. I had requested my pizza to be well done, but due to time constraints, it was undercooked. Instead of a small pan crust, I received a large thin crust with random onions added. The extra pizza was not useful to me as I was traveling alone and couldn't refrigerate or reheat it. Despite the mishaps, the restaurant only charged me for one topping instead of two, which they pointed out to me to make me feel better.
