Lumpkin - Scottsville

We went to the restaurant and found the service to be very friendly with young wait staff. It is a local establishment with decent prices. The ambiance was average and the service was good. The location was convenient. Overall, we rated the rooms 3 out of 5, service 4 out of 5, and location 4 out of 5.

7/23/23 bacon was over cooked on my BLT Fries were over cooked. Mac n cheese tasted burnt 8/6/23 decided to give them another go since it use to be one of my favorite places to eat. It’s something my man I instantly regretted. It took forever for us to receive our food. His Mac n cheese tasted as if it was from a can, his fries chicken fingers tasted as if they had been cooked twice. The service sucked bcuz we didn’t get asked if everything was ok she’s didn’t refill our drinks. Needless to say she got no tip it’ll be a very long time before we ever go there again. I can’t believe that Lumpkins of all places has went onto the list of places that lost us being customers. Food drinks: Service sucked. Food was awful. We hate saying this about on of our favorite places to go but it’s our favorite no longer.

Ate a pretty dismal dinner here. Beef and gravy on white bread with canned green beans and whipped potatoes. Greasy double burger with Kraft singles or similiar as cheese. Baked goods OK. Nice people, maybe breakfast is the meal to eat here? Service: 4 Location: 3

I've never stayed at the motel, so I can't rate that, but I have really enjoyed their breakfasts! Under new ownership! Nice renovations on the bathroom! Food drinks: Yummy breakfasts!!! Service: 5 Location: 5
