Jolly Plate - Scottville

After years of discussing it, we finally decided to stop by this weekend to try the food. It’s a small, cozy place, but the food was fantastic. The chicken and waffle sandwich was very flavorful, and the cookies and gravy were a delight. The gravy has bits of bacon in it that initially surprise your palate, but once you realize what it is, you find it absolutely delicious.

We had an excellent dining experience with fantastic food and a friendly staff. Our waitress, Reagan, was exceptional! The ice cream coffee was the best I’ve ever tasted—delicious and quite generous in portion! You absolutely have to try it. The pancakes contain a secret ingredient that makes them truly special!

Our family stopped by for lunch while looking for a house, and we were all extremely pleased with both the food and the service! The Reuben sandwich was incredible, the pancakes were to die for, and the burgers were cooked to perfection! We will definitely be returning!

This place is super delicious. I came here after the camping at Nordhouse Dunes. A little ride, but it's worth it. I had the homemade Corn Beef Hash and it was great. They also use a homemade jam that was for to die. The prices are decent and the service was amazing. I would eat here every day when I lived on the Dunes:

Got the farmers omelet it was DELICIOUS. Toast came with homemade Blueberry/Strawberry jam! Waitress was a sweetheart! Food so good. Do stop because it is worth it!
