Cafe Beignet - Scranton

I love igneous rocks and have gotten my family interested in them too. The only downside is that the café is either too hot or has inconsistent hours of operation.

A very welcoming café! The hostess is absolutely fantastic. As the name suggests, they have ignets!

I just have a question, Are they open still for business? I only ask because my husband and I drove there and there wasn’t anything in the building anymore.

Very disappointed. The decor is very nice, but it ends there. Watered down coffee that is self serve. Paper cups, sugar packets and a so so beignet. Very much like cheap hotel breakfast bar. Owner or staff didn't even greet us.

Drove a half hour to find it not open by 10:30 a.m. but saw another sign saying it would be open at 11 a.m. today. However, still was not open at 11:30 a.m. and gave up on the place. Waste of my day off
