Jim's Pizza & Pasta - Scugog

Drove by Port Perry, looking for something fast and tasty. This place was no disappointment. The pizza was delish. We had the pasta, I preferred the pizza. We also had salads, garlic bread and beer. Reasonable price for a family dinner right by the water.

We joined our friends at this small well respected restaurant. The tables are small and seating is pretty tight. We were three couples. We ordered our reasonably large pizza with 3 toppings. We however ordered two extra toppings. The pizza was very appetizing. Our friends shared a Caesar salad. The portion was quite large that both shared one salad. Our other friends ordered bruschetta which was quite good. Three pizzas arrived at the same time and it was quite tight at the table. Our other friend ordered the chicken Parmesan and Caesar salad. It smelled good however didn't look like the traditional chicken Parmesan and was served in a cast iron skillet. Our friend said it was delicious. We savoured every bite and took leftovers home. Our pizza came to 21.95 large pizza with 3 toppings and added two extra toppings. My husband had a coke and I had water with lemon. Our waitress was very friendly and quick to accommodate us.As we were eating our dinner, many people were coming in picking up there pizza. Very popular take out pizzeria.The washroom was a single washroom very large and clean. We paid our bill at the cash. We will definitely be returning and enjoy another slice.

This pizza exceeded my expectations. It was fresh and hot and went down quickly. The first time I picked it up, the people were very friendly. I noticed they had a few tables for eating in. Really small section, but pleasant enough. We tried to order a few weeks later, but the delivery guy "didn't come in that day." Ah small town pizzerias.

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner here. The meal consisted of large portions of home style Italian cuisine. The restaurant is small but nicely decorated. I would recommend it to anyone

Pizza was o.k Seems to be a prepared crust which then loses my vote for a great pizza. Wasn't hot enough in the centre either, so not great when you're expecting a volcanic pizza fresh out of the oven. Nice staff, nice location by the lake but nothing out of the ordinary accept as I mentioned it's nice to sit in a have pizza as opposed to take out.
