Dunkin' - SE Federal Highway, Jupi

My wife and I arrived around 2:30 PM. We were never addressed in any manner from the two people working there. It seams they were having a disagreement while trying to deal with the Drive-thru. After a few minutes of them never acknowledging us in the store, we walked out and won’t come back.

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and ordered a strawberry frosted donut along with an egg and sausage wrap, all for a total of $4. The experience was delightful, and the food exceeded my expectations. The strawberry frosted donut was a perfect balance of sweetness and freshness, with a soft and fluffy texture. The egg and sausage wrap was a savory delight, featuring a well-cooked egg, flavorful sausage, and a soft tortilla that held everything together seamlessly. The affordable price of $4 for both items made the meal even more satisfying. Overall, Dunkin' Donuts continues to impress with its delicious offerings and budget-friendly options.

I ordered on the App before I left home as I was bringing donuts and a Box o Joe to a class I was holding. When I showed up they seemed to be short handed for a Sunday morning. MIKE dropped everything when I told him I had folks waiting for me and made sure I arrived on time very sweet guy! All employees seemed stressed as there was more business than they could keep up with... Perhaps the owner should consider hiring at least one more employee for the busy times.

I went to Dunkin early this morning and was immediately dissatisfied with my service. There were two girls fighting over who wants to speak at the intercom and then the girl who won I guess was instantly rude. From working in the food industry I know to treat others the way I want to be treated and this so called manager I guess doesn’t have the same values. She was rude at the window, offered me the wrong stuff and when I told her she was wrong was instantly hit with attitude and thrown my items. I’m so glad Starbucks is in this plaza now, they actually have a friendly team that doesn’t ruin your day!

Ordered a medium latte and this is what I got — barely half full… ?
