They delivered baguette sandwiches, a fruit platter, and lemonade right on time. I have also dined at the cafe a few times and have enjoyed their delicious lox and bagels, as well as their amazing bagelini and pastrami sandwich. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
After dropping off my car at a nearby auto shop, I searched for a place to have breakfast. Usually, I would have gone to Pascucci deli which was located next door, but it was closed. So, I decided to try out this place. Honestly, if it weren't for the full parking lot, I wouldn't have known it was open! Indeed, the interior was quite dim. As there were a few customers in line ahead of me, I took the opportunity to look over the menu. In the end, I decided on my favorite breakfast sandwich - a sesame bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon. It was delicious! The bagel was freshly made. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
The restaurant is not open 24 hours. I discovered this on a Saturday night at 2 am. I went there for nothing.
Friendly staff, easy parking out front however that's where the positives end unfortunately. The bagels lacked flavor and texture. The cream cheese was prepackaged and didn't seem as fresh. Not many flavors to choose from either, they had the basics.
Possibly the worst bagel place on Long Island. We ordered several bagels, including a bagel with tomato and cream cheese. (See picture) unbelievable that they only put a small amount of crème cheese. Once again, I'm sure they going to blame this on the pandemic, but this is constant from Sea Cliff Bagel.. unfortunately, this is what it's come down to folks. If they had decent bagels, they have a line going out the door. Sunday and three people on the line. AND...Now get this. A female employee behind the counter was drinking coffee out of a cup from DUNKIN DONUTS.....!
