The Coal House - SEA GIRT

My family went to Coal House on a Friday evening with a reservation. We were seated immediately and ordered the eggplant panini and buffalo wings as an appetizer. My brother and boyfriend seemed to enjoy the buffalo wings. I thought the eggplant panini was very bland and soggy. The appetizer took quite a long time to come out. The pizzas we ordered were the traditional Margherita, Meatball Pie, and Di Cippola. I enjoyed the Margherita pizza and my family liked the meat pies. Overall, a good spot for pizza and my family will probably order takeout in the future.

The food was amazing! The service was outstanding. I especially loved that they had vegan options for my daughter and they went above and beyond for us. The place was beautiful and clean. Thank you so much for everything. We'll definitely come back.

This place was great! Family friendly but elegant. Great food! Pizza was really delicious including dough and fresh ingredients (ricotta was outstanding on top. Loved the bruschetta and garlic knots and stellar Caesar Salad to start. One of the best Caesars I've had in a long time! Kids pizza is adult sized which is nice. I am not a local but here visiting family and will come again. Most of all Anthony was thoughtful about seating us and making us feel welcome despite some timing issues and a few generations of differing needs.

Never disappoints. If you are DTS don't miss out on this gem! Anthony Abdy always makes you feel welcome. The pies and lemon garlic wings are delicious
