Great coffee, super fresh and really good food/pastries. Also, if you’re looking for a water view or a place open early this is it! Highly recommend.

Very beautiful location right on the water, but unfortunately the food wasn’t great. Ordered a steak breakfast burrito and iced matcha and ended up not being able to finish either. The muffins were very good though, but I don’t believe they are made in house.

This is our first time making it in. We came in this morning for the beignets and Coffee. Absolutely Delicious!! This little hidden Gem looks to stay busy even with shorter 'Breakfast Hours '. The Caramel Frappuccino with an added shot of espresso and added vanilla was Absolutely Delicious!!

I really love this location. The view is nice and it's super cute. Coffee is hit or miss and the food is over priced for what it is. Beignet bites are pretty good but my bagel was over toasted and almost burnt. The employees are always very nice!
