Taco Bell - Seabrook

The restaurant never opens on time as advertised. Despite their online hours stating they are open from 10:30am to 11pm, they are consistently closed before noon and after 7pm. Despite claiming to be short-staffed, employees are often seen standing outside smoking cigarettes instead of opening the drive-thru. If possible, I would give zero stars for this level of service. Unfortunately, this is the only location in the area. They need to seriously improve their operations.

We placed an online order for KFC and waited in line here for 20 minutes only to be told that KFC was closed and there was no order. We paid online. A sign would be nice saying that KFC was closed.

The employees at this location informed me that it is drive-thru only, but I was able to walk in. I arrived in a work van that was too tall to fit under the 9-foot clearance. Despite this, two employees were standing around and not offering assistance, making it difficult for me to quickly grab some food and continue on to my next job. The lack of help seemed more like laziness than a lack of staffing.

I understand that you may be short-staffed, but it is unacceptable to serve chicken with peeling skin and coleslaw that has turned. Please consider shutting down if you cannot provide better quality food.

We've stopped going for multiple reasons. The dining room has been closed for years now even though other area Taco Bells have opened theirs. Drive through is insanely slow to the point where 40 minutes is a normal wait. They also close early atrandom. Hint: if you're having trouble staffing your store then PAY A FAIR WAGE. Other area fast food locations are more orless back to normal so there's really no excuse at this point.
