El Coyote Loco - Seaford

We were looking for a quick dinner before our concert at Jones Beach and ended at El Coyote Loco, a Mexican restaurant in a strip shopping center. We went to a large restaurant with bright colors and some decorations from Mexico. The overall picture is slightly worn, but inviting. We informed our server that we needed to end a certain time, and the service was excellent. We started with a delicious pitcher of Margaritas (not too sweet) and Guacamole we all enjoyed. Two of us shared the shrimps. The shrimps were plump, juicy and tender. The vegetables had a nice taste and were pleasant. We were both happy with our order. There were also beef tacos on the table that were typical and good. We had a second pitcher of Margaritas during our meal, and our review came at the time we needed.

This is undoubtedly one of the most pleasant restaurants in the neighborhood. Whenever I visit this place, I am very pleased. They maintain their high service and the highest level of dishes they offer. You always win with this place. Very recommended.

This Mexican restaurant is great and has been there several times. The food is consistently delicious. Parking can be a stressful, but it is still waiting for a place to open. You also have BOGO Margaritas a few nights a week.

Fantastic Mexican cuisine in a very relaxed environment. Great food, fantastic service, and you can't go wrong with a pitcher from Margaritas if that's your thing. Definitely worth the trip!

Just picked up 2 combo plates. Food is still amazing!! Also brought home pitcher of Margarita's. They make the best!! Not the same as being there but still 5 Stars!!!!
