Little Caesars Pizza - Seaford

I ordered an Extra Most Bestest Cheese pizza (extra cheese) and instead received a burnt regular cheese pizza. This seems to happen every evening, as if they’re using old ingredients.

Batman Calzony is fantastic! The food was still hot when it arrived.

Honestly, their pizza is underrated. It was fantastic! They also offer some of the best garlic sauce I've ever had.

I ordered two pizzas, cheese bread, and wings, but when I moved to the window, the woman hadn’t entered my order into the system at all. I was stuck waiting while three other cars that arrived after me were served their food. After 23 minutes, I had to call the store to report that I still hadn’t received my order. The employee acknowledged that she had pulled my order and had been waiting for three minutes, but I still had to wait longer for my food. When I spoke to the manager, he seemed indifferent and said he wanted me to have fresh food, but he never apologized or showed any empathy. The whole experience was frustrating, and if I have to wait like this next time, it’s just unacceptable.

The pizza isn't the highest quality, but I don't have high expectations given the price. However, they use a third-party delivery service, which has caused some issues for me. Once, a delivery driver accidentally rolled into my car after forgetting to put their vehicle in park; luckily, there was no damage. On another occasion, they forgot some items from my order. Since they work with a delivery service, I was unable to retrieve the missing items. The store manager informed me that they couldn't send the driver back and had no one else available to deliver it. I can't recall exactly what they offered me as compensation, but it wasn't worth the hassle of making a trip back.
