We waited two and a half hours for the pizzas, they still didn't arrive and it was then past the delivery hours, there was no call to say of any problems with the delivery. For whatever reason they didn't deliver them might have been just a one off thing, so try them for yourself, I'm just commenting on the fact that we didn't get our pizzas but try them for yourself although be prepared at 10:30 at night to not receive your pizzas.
Bubbas is dead to me. Have been a customer for 7 years. Earlier this month I had an order I'd placed online not arrive. Then had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Saj the delivery driver when I called to enquire after waiting an hour and a half. This person told me he had delivered it already, refused to tell me what the house or fence looked like and refused to deliver a new order or issue a refund. He has no customer service skills, did not at any point apologise for the mix up or offer any help. I called twice over 2 days and spoke to Saj and asked for the manager to call me but this did not happen. I submitted feedback and a complaint online a few days apart and received no response. I am appalled. Will never buy from this business again.
Ordered 2 Family traditional pizzas with 2 extras over the phone. Quoted $32.50, no problem. Arrive at shop and 1. They hadn't started making food. 2. The price had changed to $45.50 When questioned get 3 blank faces just staring back as if to say my problem. Very 2nd rate. David Carrum
We ordered three pizzas, but one of them arrived incorrectly. I called right away, and they quickly sent a new pizza along with a complimentary garlic bread! Everyone was friendly and courteous—from the person on the phone to the cheerful delivery driver. All three pizzas were delicious!
