Chicken Express - Seagoville

This place is great, yeah it’s got its flaws but that’s every place you go to. The food is good the service is fine the atmosphere is fine. So many of you shouldn’t be complained about this place. We are all humans we have our bad days you don't now what a person/worker might be going through, give the people/workers a break every once in a while some times they are just plain rude sometimes they might be going through things. We are all human right? I don’t see a person going off on their friends because they are having a bad day.

There was a lot of chicken already cooked and they had only been open a short time. I then saw there was a big pile of fries. I asked that I have some fresh fries. Nope. They just put some back into the grease for enough time to heat them up...they were so full of grease. The chicken was also cold, not even warm. Staff was not friendly, not rude, just not at all welcoming. Nobody wanted to come to the counter to even take our order. We were the ONLY ones there, so it wasn't like they were busy. Would NOT recommend. But maybe that's what I get doe trying to east fried foods that I don't need.

Food was cold and the only thing that was hot was the gravy .tenders cold ,okra cold mashed potatoes cold ,corn nuggets cold how can u have someone sit and wait and give them cold food why cook the food early if business is

Ordered a 2 piece fish ask was it fresh the kid at drive threw said it was fresh which I new better cause I drove straight around and it was ready everything cold and soda flat
