Starbucks - Searcy

I don’t usually go to Starbucks. I try to go to mom and Pop shops. But I was in a hurry, and I used this particular Starbucks today. I tried to order correctly, but I must’ve said something wrong and when I got my drink, it was incorrect. I made one little comment about the drink and Lacey said, “imma remake that for you.” I tried to pay extra and she would not let me. She was all smiles and hospitality. Boy, did she buy my loyalty today. Good job Searcy Starbucks for hiring Lacey!

Fast, friendly service for a group of 5. Some new to Starbucks, but they left happy.

The service was friendly and courteous. The barista was very informative of the different deals offered through the phone app. The coffee my wife wanted was hot and fresh. We would definitely return to this location.

Only one person was working so service was slower than usual.

Store opened at 6, we arrived at 6:30. We sat at the order screen for 5 min with no service. We drove to the window where an employee (young girl with red hair) just looked at us and turned her head with a smirk. No service at all. Very rude! Have never had that kind of service here before. Will not be back. 7 Brew directly across the street greeted us with a smile and a hot coffee. Their coffee actually tasted better anyway!
