I must commend the hardworking staff, including our pleasant and attentive waitress. However, it seemed they were understaffed as we waited 90 minutes for our entrees. Unfortunately, we had to leave without finishing our meals due to the restlessness of the two toddlers in our group.
We enjoyed our dinning experience and weâll be back but the piped in music was incredibly loud. While I enjoy a ruckus, boisterous atmosphere,it was just too much. 8/5/22
Outside dining is always nice. Only ordered apps and pizza but both were very good. Only problem was person in our party couldn't get the wine she wanted.
We had reservations and were promptly seated. However, it took 45 minutes for a server to visit our table despite us asking for assistance from a manager and the seating hostess. The server took our drink order and disappeared. It was another 20 minutes before the drinks arrived and we were able to place our food order. The food took 45 minutes to arrive from odering. The salad appetizer and main courses arrived all at once despite us asking for the salad to come out first. The food was ok but not worth a 45 minute wait. Looking around during the entire time I was there, I saw other tables being served properly and there were plenty of staff around as well. I also didnât see any customers raising complaints. So, I canât write our experience off due to the short staffing that a lot of restaurants have these days. I asked to see the manager on duty who promptly appeared and apologized for everything. He seemed to be already aware of our complaints. The entire meal and the drinks were comped to us as a result. That was fine but hardly makes up for an otherwise miserable experience. We wonât be back.
We went for dinner on a busy night and they were out of the prime rib, which was disappointing. I also ordered a margarita that didn't taste very good. The restaurant seems to have a more upscale menu, but serves drinks in plastic cups. The pizza and sandwiches were good options, but the risotto was just average for the price of $40. The all-you-can-eat option for $28 seemed like a good deal, but they ran out of food too quickly after we had our first serving. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
