The Original Steaks - Seaside Heights

I grew up to this place to be one of the best cheese steaks in the world so 20 years later I'm finally over and it's still since I had a good time

The building could use some updates, but the 80s vibe seems to be part of the Jersey Beach charm. As for the food, we tried the cheesesteaks loaded with onions, peppers, and mushrooms, along with an order of cheese balls. Unfortunately, the cheese balls were quite disappointing—definitely not something I would want to have again anytime soon. They were small, deep-fried bites that didn't really resemble cheese. On the bright side, the cheesesteaks were fantastic! The bread, made from pizza dough, was the perfect balance of crispy and soft, making it a great vessel for all that deliciousness. Prices were reasonable. Overall, this place is good for satisfying late-night cravings.

We always make a point to visit this restaurant when we're in Seaside, and the cheesesteaks never let us down. They're served in a pita-style pocket and are absolutely delicious and very filling. Add some cheese, and you'll be in for a food coma. There may be a competitor across the street, but our loyalty remains with you!

This place serves the best cheesesteaks I've ever had. I can usually finish a whole sandwich, but this one is so good that I could do it easily. I also tried the fried pickle chips, which are amazing. I would suggest adding fried dill pickle slices to the menu as well, since they're quite popular.

Best cheesesteaks in the world! I’ve been going here since I was a kid and I can honestly say I’d rather get a cheesesteak here then anywhere else I’ve ever been. Lot of memories here!
