Jose's Mexican Cafe - Seaside

On Jan. 4th, my friend and I had lunch at this location on Cannery Row. We were brought tortilla chips in a basket, which we ate out of until our food came, then had lunch and watched cockroaches come out of the basket on to our table. The waitress killed them, on the table and we were stunned when we were handed the check. The waitress said she thought they had gotten rid of them, but obviously not......... I think it should have been handled better and a free coffee might have been nice. Would we go back? No!
