Contribuisci feedbackThis place was one of my friends recommendations, she is a native Seattle resident, and works in the food and beverage service industry, so I trusted her opinion. To my delight, my meal was well made, and met my dietary preference needs of being a Vegan. The night we went here it was quite busy, even for a Sunday night! Most tables were occupied, but we found seats quickly, even with the busy crowd. What can I say, I love Mediterranean food! Even though most of the options are for the Omnivorous, you can always count on hummus, and a good falafel to come to the rescue if you are an herbivore like me! The flavours were there, the food was fresh, and the service was fast, so if you are looking for good food in a pinch, here is where you can find it! I was impressed with how well my wrap was made, it was packed with ingredients, yet didn't fall apart, and it was lightly toasted, which I loved!Located just rolling/walking distance from the Capitol Hill LightRail (Link) station, it's super easy to get to using the 1 Line, it drops you off basically around the corner and across the street.I will definitely be coming back here the next time I am in the neighbourhood, and if I was lucky enough to live in the neighbourhood I would have a hard time not coming back nearly every day!Vegetarian options: This place does have both Vegetarian and vegan options, but, read the menu carefully! In most cases, if an item has dairy in it, just have them omit it when it is ordered.Kid-friendliness: This place is popular with folks of any age, and allows kids!Wheelchair accessibility: The location is wheelchair accessible in terns of the entryway. Depending on the type of wheelchair you use, you may need to have tables slightly moved in order to reach the ordering counter, or to get to a table more accessible if it happens to be busy. This place is popular with the UW Crowd, and as such is busy often.I didn't use the washroom on my last visit, so I am unsure of how wheelchair accessible it is.I would recommend that you call ahead if you are concerned about the aforementioned accessibility.Dietary restrictions: They do have Vegetarian and Vegan options,, this being said, If you are susceptible to cross contamination allergies, then I might not suggest this spot.
Completely halal, but also amazing tacos! The person helping us with our order was also really kind and made sure we were totally happy with our order!Dietary restrictions: Completely Halal!
Can we just take a moment to celebrate the existence of Al Bacha? I mean for so long they held their prices under $10 for a lamb and beef gyro. I always felt like I was underpaying for the juicy beef/lamb and fresh veg.I love biting into these things!Anyway, excellent gyro with no pretense. I took my vegan friend here. Great goto spot for various dietary needs. They make those special nights even more special.
My go to is the greek fries with beef and lamb gyro. I will say though their menu is a little confusing it's not always obvious if you'll be getting a pita or schawarma bread with your order
This restaurant has gone so far down hill in the last year. They've repeatedly gotten my order wrong (putting meat on my vegirarian falafel sandwich multiple times or just straight giving me meat). I once ordered to go and was so stoked for baklava and they gave me, i kid you not, a piece that was a 1x1 square; barely a bite. They no longer have chili sauce and just serve you salsa, and now that they are serving burritos and what not it seems like they aren't putting effort into Mediterranean food at all anymore. Very disappointed that a favorite restaurant is getting lost in the mix.
