Basilic Essentially Thai - Seattle

It was great, but has been gone for over a year — there’s a Taiwanese place there now.

Great tasting food and a friendly, polite, and attentive staff. Brought our food out quick, always refilled waters, and brought out requested sauces in the blink of an eye. Great place!

I cannot believe how great the food is here and the staff is super friendly. I loved it when I was a carnivore and I love it more as a vegetarian :

What a happy accident that a coworker and myself stumbled upon this heavenly restaurant tonight while in Seattle for work. She needed gluten free and I didn't want seafood, so we walked from our hotel and found a bright blue building that we couldn't resist! And it was wonderful! The server was really kind and gave us great recommendations without being pushy, and then our meals were just exactly what we wanted! She had Bathing Rama and I had the specialty curry for the night. It was just perfect, but then it got even better with the sticky mango rice for dessert!! Mere words don't do it enough justice! I will come back to Seattle simply to eat at this restaurant again! :

This restaurant is fantastic for dining. It is cozy, peaceful, and the atmosphere is just right. The portion sizes are generous and the food is phenomenal. The menu clearly marks gluten-free options with plenty to choose from. The service can be a bit sluggish, but it's great if you are looking for a place to relax and unwind.
