Dalat Quan - Seattle

I was on the lookout for an excellent place to enjoy pho and vermicelli noodles in White Center, and I discovered the ideal spot! Food: 5/5

I came across this restaurant while browsing online and was instantly drawn in by the photos of their noodle soups on the special Dalat menu. On a whim, we decided to check it out last night. When we arrived, we were welcomed by energetic live music as they were celebrating their 5th anniversary. The venue's setup was a bit different from usual, and we found out that they wouldn't be serving the noodle soups that evening due to a staffing shortage for the event. However, they kindly offered to prepare it for us as a special request since the kitchen was relatively quiet. I'm so glad they did, as it was absolutely delicious! This experience has definitely turned me into a repeat customer. I tried the Mi Quang Dalat, and it was fantastic. I can't wait to return and sample more dishes!

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening and was pleasantly surprised to find it quite uncrowded. The flavors are genuinely Vietnamese, particularly from the Dalat region. I ordered their signature dish, Mi Quang Da Lat, and it was absolutely fantastic. This dish is ideal for those who appreciate bold, hearty soup noodles, although it might be a bit strong for those who lean towards milder tastes. My partner opted for Bun Bo Da Lat, which I also sampled; it was milder but still packed a rich, satisfying flavor. As visitors, we were thrilled to have discovered such a wonderful place. The atmosphere was further enhanced by some live music. While the service was decent, there’s definitely room for improvement. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return when we're back in the area.

This place doesn't let their employees keep the tips! So come eat if y'all want but don't have to tip cuz the owner keeps it all to himself !
