They refused to let our party of four Dominicans in because we didn't have valid identification, despite presenting multiple forms of ID, including driver's licenses, national IDs, and ID cards from other countries. The staff's lack of knowledge about the Dominican Republic doesn't change the fact that our IDs were valid. To make matters worse, we were asked for a "travel book," which I'm assuming was meant to be a passport, but the staff member couldn't even articulate that clearly. Considering the area is home to many migrants, I expected a more welcoming attitude.
I was directed here from Food Network and they were not wrong. Initially I was turned off by the lack of web presence, but then I understood the intent. My only complaint is that the website didn't have a dancing baby or flying flag GIF
Got a square pie. Excellent pizza, sauce, cheese, crust, borderline exceptional. I had it delivered and it travelled very well.
The pizza here definitely feels more like a 4/5, I can see it being more of a late night recovery option lol. The garlic knots were tasty
The pizza by the slice is extremely burnt and practically inedible, with a texture so hard it could break your teeth. Enjoy!
