We made a reservation for Valentine's Day dinner, and when we showed up, there was a mistake that had been made with our reservation and we weren't quite sure what our next steps were. We left to see what our other dining options were, but had our hearts set on Itto's so we returned to the restaurant and talked more to staff about our frustrations. From that point forward, everything was communicated so well, and with flexibility and grace. We had one of the best meals that we have had in a long time, the cocktails were fantastic, and the service was really wonderful. I'm so glad that we returned and were able to resolve the initial issue as everything was handled expertly and with a level of care that was beyond appreciated. We absolutely will return and will recommend Itto's to our friends and family. Of note, we are vegetarian and everything that we ate (pretty much the entire vegetarian menu ha ha) was absolutely fantastic.
It's technically tapas, but I'd say leans more toward small portion fine dining. The food was phenomenal and our server was very nice and attentive without being overbearing in any way. I highly recommend making the trip to west Seattle to seek out this gem.
This is the best restaurant in West Seattle. Took hubs here for his bday dinner: it 's a heady mix of Spanish tapas and Moroccan food. The drinks (with basil simple syrup and cachaça) 'were fantastic and the food was unique and delicious. The croquettes get a special mention: potatoes and mnachego cheese deep fried with cheese sauce but the scallops with a roasted cauliflower sauce and roasted corn was sublime. Hubs enjoyed his beef. No plastic in sight. You can bring your (well behaved) dogs into the outdoor seating area.
Second time I’ve visited and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was delicious and the staff was friendly. It’s a small venue soo difficult to get into and loud inside. They also have covered outdoor seating
1/26/22 Update: I just went 2 days in a row! Every bite was perfection. Tried the beef tenderloin this time and HAD to go back the next day for more! I literally scooped up every last bit of glaze off my plate and was one step away from licking it clean! I was craving croquettes and the Zagora cocktail too. The texture and flavor of the croquettes are absolutely perfect. The smokeyness of the Zaalook (eggplant) and the texture of the baguette it was on was stunning. The cumin beet salad(added goat cheese) was pickled perfectly and had a bright refreshing flavor to cut all the savory with. This time we ordered the mousse cake for dessert which was devine. This is hands down my favorite restaurant .ever. I keep saying perfect, because it is. P.S. this restaurant is PERFECT for vegetarians. *Original post:The food and service here is always affordable, authentic and perfection. I haven't had a bad dish or cocktail. There's so much flavor in each dish, the textures are just...perfect. They have the timing down to a science when it comes to bringing up the next plates. Intimate setting, lots of vegetarian options to try.. I am addicted to this place!! Update 9-10-21. I went again. I just can't help myself. Ordered new things to try!
