Matador West Seattle

FIVE STARS, Bourbon Pork Chop is our favorite, we both get it, amazing and plenty left over for lunch the next day. Staff is wonderful, we love the West Seattle location the most.

The best dirty blue cheese olive martinis in Seattle. Food is always stellar and the bar staff are absolutely incredible. We come in regularly and are always greeted with our regular cocktail before we even sit down. Caleb is the best, personable, wonderful conversation and it’s always great to see him. He makes this place feel like you’re part of the family.

Their Chicken Fried Steak for breakfast/brunch is one of the best I've had. I always get it and it always satisfies. Get their freshly made biscuits with it and you're set.

I'm here at least once a week, and for good reason.

Gotta love them steak sandwiches! Getting two sandwiches and a few glasses of wine is a bi-weekly ritual for my wife and me.
