Kasbah Moroccan Hookah Lounge - Seattle

We have visited Kasbah frequently, and it has always been a delightful and enjoyable experience. The owner is genuinely committed to providing guests with an exceptional culinary journey.

We have dined here frequently in the past, but it's been several years since our last visit. In the meantime, the restaurant has transformed into a hookah lounge. The decor now carries a distinct odor, and the little touches that used to enhance the dining experience, such as the rose water for handwashing and the large broth basket shared among tables, are gone. The food was still enjoyable, but the overall experience just isn't what it used to be.

Overall, it was a great experience, but I should note that when you reach 1000 points, they tend to order the most expensive dinner. I wasn't aware that the restaurants choose specific dishes, only that reservations were made through OpenTable. I believe it would be helpful if they clearly communicated this, so it's not a surprise to their guests.

Kasbah was a really incredible experience! the atmosphere was great, our waiter was wonderfully helpful, friendly, patient and eating was from this world. I went here with my friend on a date and we made the four cursor meal (for an extremely modest price! it was about $27 or so. the appetizer with phyllo teig was amazing, the auberginensalat was amazing, and the roast lamb with saffron rices was amazing. and I didn't even get into the most outstanding court hen and lemon. Now I'm not a big chicken figure in general I like it well, but it's not my way. but we asked the waiter to recommend and he immediately beat the hen and lemon, so we went on them and oh my gosh, the aromen and spice melding together, the way the meat fell apart. it is a must to get!

I you haven't tried Morrocan food, do it and this is the place. Lovely atmosphere and the food is delicious. Fear not if you are not a spice fan! I would describe Morrocan fare as savory. Plus, your server can tell you all about the dishes that they offer. Kasbah is a neighborhood gem!
