The selection of food within a 200-foot radius is endless. During my recent visit, I was craving Mexican food and a Corona on a rare hot day in Seattle. After some online research, I stumbled upon a stand with Corona prominently displayed and lively Mexican music playing. I decided to try the huarache, a dish I had never heard of before. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions and delicious flavors. The dish consisted of a thick tortilla topped with fried beans, carne asada, avocado, lettuce, and queso fresco. Paired with a refreshing Corona, this meal was exactly what I needed on that sunny day. Those craving Mexican fare won't have to look far when they're in the Pike Place area!
This cozy family-owned stand may be a little hard to find, but it is definitely worth the search! Located inside the Pike Place Market building, across from Rachel the bronze pig statue, Los Agaves offers delicious breakfast burritos. They accept payment through Dosh, which gives 5% cash back, and are also part of the Dining Rewards network for additional rewards. Make sure to stop by this hidden gem for a tasty meal!
Before we were on board the cruise ship we were looking for a place that was opened early and offered an breakfast that would fill them at a reasonable price. that's the place. it's a small area, but don't let you fool. my children ordered breakfast burritos (19 and 16) and my wife the chilaquiles. the prices have risen a bit, as this picture has been taken from their menu. most articles are about $12. they will not be hungry, they will get the food quickly and it is good.
I absolutely recommend running on the market. there are 5 planes, with the street level the most popular. plan at least half a day and enjoy yourself without rushing. it is highly recommended to find a guide to all beautiful shops. pikes place chowder served the best clam chowder I've ever tried.
I was not impressed with my chorizo breakfast burrito at Los Agaves. The prices are reasonable, but the fact that I was given disposable utensils and a plastic bag without asking was disappointing. I prefer when food vendors offer more sustainable options and are willing to charge extra for them. Los Agaves, please consider making improvements for the sake of all customers.
