Palermo Pizza Pasta Ballard - Seattle

I recently returned to Palermo for lunch with my family, and I want to express my appreciation for the vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. We tried at least one of each. My daughter was pleasantly surprised that her sandwich, which was meant to come on a roll, actually arrived on a lovely roll rather than just a couple of small slices of gluten-free bread. Overall, we had a great time with excellent service and delicious food.

For seven wonderful years, Palermo Ballard Pizza has been my go-to spot for great food. The enticing smell of freshly baked pizzas and the inviting atmosphere make for an outstanding dining experience. From the perfectly crispy crusts to the delicious toppings, every bite is a true feast for the senses. The attentive staff and welcoming hospitality ensure that each visit is special. Palermo Ballard Pizza isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a tradition of fantastic flavors and treasured memories.

This is hands down the best gluten-free pizza I've had in Seattle. It's crispy yet still soft, packed with flavor, and doesn't crumble apart. Amazingly, it even stayed intact for hours without getting soggy! As someone who is newly and somewhat reluctantly gluten-free, I highly recommend their gluten-free options. I give it a 10/10!

Delicious eggplant dishes, yummy wine, great service. So good we went back for breakfast the next morning! Salmon frittatas, french toast, pancakes, and bacon and eggs!
