Perihelion Brewery - Seattle

This charming little restaurant is truly a gem, though it can get quite crowded. Firstly, the service here is outstanding, and the food is absolutely incredible! Personally, I wasn't a fan of the beer I tried, but since I'm not a fan of IPAs in general, I encourage everyone to give their beer selection a try and see for themselves. I highly recommend the crispy pig belly banh mi—it's simply fantastic! The atmosphere of this place is also excellent. Even though I'm not a beer enthusiast, I’m giving this spot a five-star rating for its food, service, and ambiance.

I keep an eye on various "best" restaurant lists, and I'm surprised that Perihelion hasn't been featured in publications like Thrillist or Time Out! I tried the Swedish glögg and the gnocchi, and both were exceptional. Perihelion puts in a lot of effort to create unique recipes. A waiter mentioned that the owners have traveled across Europe, and you can definitely see the European influences in their dishes. The restaurant is spacious, with both indoor and outdoor seating options, including fire pits outside. The atmosphere is cozy and beautifully decorated. They even have a collection of board and card games available. It’s a fantastic spot whether you want to work on your laptop, read, or catch up with friends. Plus, it’s conveniently located right across from Beacon Hill Station.

The mol nachos and brisket sandwich were incredible! The brisket was so tender it practically fell apart and was incredibly juicy. The only downside is that it was a bit messy to eat with juice everywhere, but it was totally worth it!

Revealed with a group of 8 hungry ultimate frisbee gamers after a game and the host, renee, went out of her to make dinge even when they were busy and no table for us. At first she suggested that we order from the window to go (to make sure we got to eat before the kitchen closed) and even helped create a place on the gras for us. then a table opened with a fire and the transition to this room with it and the other staff went very smooth. eating was great; atmosphere was welcoming; service was exceptional. come back!
