Pho Bac - Seattle

The pho was delicious—very rich and aromatic! However, the wait time was quite long, and the rib was a bit dry and tough, lacking in flavor.

Inexpensive soup with a selection of protein options. If you have any dietary restrictions, you can request a vegetarian broth.

One of the hottest restaurant in China town, we spent half an hour waiting for dining, but it definitely worths the time! Great service! Friendly and quick responding! Awesome food, I love the soup so much, a bit sweet made my day! Oh! Don’t forget to get the big rib!

The new location next to old location is a much welcomed improvement. It’s bright and airy. Menu has been expanded and is excellent. Short rib pho looks like something Fred Flintstone would have eaten. Shrimp ceviche was a bit of a miss for me. Nem nuong sliders were great. Regular pho is also excellent. Serving sizes are massive.

This place only serves Pho. That being said, the noodles were the PERFECT texture! They have a small size for $9 and a large for $11. The prices are a bit much but the pho was spot on. I'd definitely come again!!
