Pho Hiho - Seattle

I used to come here 5-10 years ago before moving up north. They’ve since renovated (I’m probably way behind) and the food is better than ever. #38 charbroiled chicken and egg roll over rice is probably the best I’ve ever had. Fresh Thai basil, cilantro, fried shallots and the classic pickled veg on the side, sauce was on point, chicken was perfect. Awesome restaurant

My favorite pho spot in Seattle. Their broth is so rich and flavorful that you don't even need to add anything to it. Also? They made an effort with the décor, which is a really nice touch.

Best Pho I've ever had. Really fresh ingredients, and a huge portion. Really good for a to go order on my way to work. Nice folks working there also. Thanks!

Amazingly fresh vegetable tofu pho. Lots of fresh ingredients. Restaurant is clean and service is polite and friendly. We'll definitely return

We were excited to discover this neighborhood gem! It seems like some of the reviews here are for a different restaurant. We had the vegetable pan-fried noodles and lemongrass chicken bun bowl. Both were fresh and delicious, the portion sizes were big, service was pleasant and prompt, and the place was clean. I’m looking forward to trying the pho next time! If you’re wondering if you should try it, yes. You should!
