Taqueria Sotelo Taco Truck - Seattle

Just a heads up: the parking lot can be a bit tricky at night, so it's best to go during the day. Fortunately, there are security guards at the nearby dispensary. If you'd like to eat there, there are two picnic tables under a tarp next to the truck. They also pack your order with plenty of napkins, utensils, and sauces. Can you tell I'm a regular?

I ordered lengua tacos and they were incredible! They were so flavorful that they tasted like tripa! Oh wait, they actually were tripa… and while that was a happy accident, it was still a mix-up. The food was delicious! I can't wait to return!

This place is amazing! I promise you won't be disappointed. They can make anything you desire as long as it's Mexican cuisine, and yes, they do have horchata! Food rating: 5/5.

The service was friendly and the menu had some great choices. I tried the steak tacos, which were tasty, though the salsa was just average. While these tacos weren't the best I've had in the area, they were still enjoyable. There's free parking available, and they have two tables if you prefer to dine in. Overall, I’d rate the food 4 out of 5.

I really love this place, but it would be great if they could answer my takeout calls or set up DoorDash so I don't have to wait outside. There's a busy gas station in the same plaza, and I ended up bumping into someone while trying to get through, which made me feel anxious. I know I can't really blame that on the restaurant; it was just a rough day. Next time, I’d prefer to be in and out quickly. I just want to grab my tacos, watch One Piece, and avoid crowds as much as possible. A DoorDash option would be perfect for me right now!
