The Hart And The Hunter Seattle

The restaurant offers a limited all-day menu featuring breakfast staples, sandwiches, salads, and burgers. The food was decent, but nothing stood out as particularly noteworthy. We visited in the early evening when it was quite quiet, with only a couple of other tables occupied. The waitress was friendly and attentive, providing good service. The beet salad mainly consisted of lettuce with a few beets underneath. The hamburger was beautifully presented, with an appealing bun; however, the patty itself was gray and lacked any noticeable searing. The fries were satisfactory. Prices were in line with what you would expect in downtown Seattle.

Love a restaurant designed with good acoustics. A big space but feels quiet, easy to have table conversations. Modern take on diner fair, delicious.

We’re happy we stayed at our hotel for dinner, it was soooo good!

I loved the atmosphere and the service but the items were over-priced. Not surprising since its a downtown restaurant but if they want to fill up they space with patrons they should either have some sort of deals or specials. It was empty when were were there which was unfortunate as it is a gorgeous space.
