**Food:** The restaurant offers a good selection of dishes that are sourced from offsite, ensuring quality and variety. **Service:** The service can vary. There’s one barista who consistently gives off a rather unfriendly vibe, making the experience a bit less enjoyable. **Ambiance:** Generally, the ambiance is pleasant, but it tends to shift to a less welcoming atmosphere when that tall, dark barista is on duty, contributing to a more sour mood.

The coffee was enjoyable, but the atmosphere felt a bit too bare for my liking, and I was attended to by what seemed like a robotic server.

The drip coffee is robust, and the latte is always perfectly made. I tried a dirty chai and their style is the best I've had. It seemed completely unsweetened to me, which is something I always wanted but didn't know existed. The sandwiches are great too although I haven't had those for a while.

Eastlake is an easy access coffee shop with amazing baristas, I love to stop by and park my bike out.

The coffee and atmosphere were excellent. While the food isn't outstanding, it has improved a bit since the restaurant rebranded. I wouldn't rate it 5 stars, but it's definitely better than a 4.
