The Nectary - Sebastopol

Unfortunately this seems to be a common theme amongst other reviews. I?ve been here twice in the last two weeks and both times the employee working didn?t say a single word during the entire transaction. Between the lack of customer service and the priceof 2 juices 24$ I will likely not return. The one saving grace of the experience was the fact that the juice was awesome andthe ingredients are organic. Overall a very disappointing experience considering the potential of this small and local business.

Okay smoothies horrible customer service. Sat outside in the cold with a baby for over 25 minutes because the employee was too lazy to inform me that my smoothie was ready despite making eye contact multiple times she couldn't bother to take the time tojust let me know . Keep in mind that I was the only one there! Instead she decided to prioritize sweeping the rug. Worst of allis I had already given her a 20% tip at check out. Wont be going back there ever again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service was terrible. I tried to order 2 different items, but they didnt have the ingredients. I settled for an acai bowl. I was the only one in the store and it took 20 min for 3 people to make the bowl.It came out of the blender as a gross brown mess. I tried eating it, but it tasted terrible. And they didnt even have spoons!The only good thing was that they were willing to give me a refund.

I went here today for acai (april 25th 3:30) and had my order taken, then while I sat and waited for my acai bowls one came out for my husband, and then I sat and watched 4 people get there order taken and served before the staff member finished my bowlthat was 90% done. Then when my bowl didn?t have all of the things that came with it, I went back and asked for the missingthings on the bowl, she said they didn?t have it, so I asked for a refund with an untouched acai bowl and was told that also wasnot possible. We ended up cancelling the drink order and the acai was poor in general as well as the terrible service definitelywill not be coming back!

This place is seriously one of my favorite places now. They are extremely customer oriented and compassionate about their products and their business. If you can believe it, in this picture is only HALF of a smoothie bowl! Me and my fiancee sharedone! It was bigger than the size of my hand and there is so much smoothie under all of that topping, I swear. I thought theywere going to be small but seriously we could hardly finish one. These are more than well worth the price for them. You get SOmuch in one bowl its insane, not to mention super healthy. If you're looking for something to you power you through the day andgive you that does of serotonin you need.. then this is your place. Ps: The one I got was called The Dragon Bowl!
