Domino's Pizza - Sebring

I have never ordered from this store before and ordered online tonite.I put the address in Google maps and had difficulty finding it.I was a little late picking up because the sign on the Rd was very dimly lit by a much lower sign and the Store frontsign Wasn?t lit at All?When I did Finially find it and go inside to pickup my order I asked was in being kept warm..The woman atthe counter said yes.My wings were Cold ,pasta Luke warm and pizza and Cheezy bread barely warm..UNBELIEVABLE?I Enjoyed thestore at my other home but this one Not At All?Won?t be going here anymore?

The last two times I've had their Pizza not good at all. Last night I wouldn't even give any Stars. I ordered the Brooklyn crust and it was so thin the thinnest I've ever seen it and it was soggy and greasy. I had grease all over my hands there wasbarely any ingredients on it.They raise their prices a few months ago the quality is not there and skimp on ingredients. Themanager was making the dough balls and helping with pizzas working harder than anyone else in there. She should have beentraining them and with the open concept I really don't need to hear her reprimand her employees and talk all the business shewas talking and even talked about how much money was left in the drawer when it shouldn't have been right in front of customerswasn't a good experience I'm not going back

We normally order a pizza and garlic bread sticks. This time we added an order of chicken wings with sauce. No one wanted to eat them because they didn't look cooked all the way through. There was just a tiny bit of sauce on the wings too. I filled out asurvey on line for Dominos and called the store. I spoke to a lady was the GM. She was not very helpful at all when I explainedthe situation. I was in mid sentence and all of a sudden the phone goes dead. She hung up on me. Not sure we will be goingback to this location again. Something is usually incorrect with our order.

We were visiting in Sebring and decided to try Domino's. We had pizza, salad and lava cakes. The pizza was delicious and delivered piping hot. The salads were fresh. The sides of tomatoes, shredded cheese, onions and croutons were all packedseparately and nestled neatly on the package. The lava cakes were warm, a little crunch on the outside and delicious, chocolatlygoodness on the inside. I had no idea Domino's was so good. What a pleasant surprise. Did I mention that it was super easy toorder on line and delivered within 35 minutes? I only hope that the Domino's in my area is this good.

I have had a few minor problems in the past, months ago, but today's pizza was excellent and probably the BEST PIZZA I have ever had in an extremely long long time. Your people made it to perfection today. Great job team!
