Starbucks - Sebring

The staff was reasonably quick and polite. We had mixed experiences with the drinks. Today, I ordered a venti iced matcha, but it arrived only about half full of liquid, with foam taking up another third of the cup. I'm a bit disappointed, especially since I don't visit often. However, my wife's custom beverage was nearly perfect. They were out of the ingredients for spinach and feta wraps. While I can't really recommend this place, if you're looking for a Starbucks in the area, this is your option. Just be mindful of the products, show respect, and hold them accountable for their quality.

I just visited the drive-thru and the person who took my order suggested adding apple drizzle to my drink. It’s honestly the best drink I’ve ever had! I really wish I knew their name, but I give it a perfect 10/10!

Great staff and quick service. The quality is outstanding every single time! Always reliable. This is the best coffee shop in town. Thank you to all the employees for making it such a fantastic place! ☕️❤️

The employees at this restaurant were incredibly friendly. When my daughter's lid popped off and her drink spilled all over her, the woman who was preparing the drinks was the kindest and most caring person I’ve ever encountered. Thankfully, it was just a cold drink, so my daughter was fine, aside from feeling a bit embarrassed. This wonderful lady went above and beyond to make things right, helping to dry my daughter off. I can't recall her name, and I sincerely apologize for that. I truly hope this message reaches her supervisor, as she deserves recognition and could easily become a manager. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for my daughter's first visit to Starbucks. The store was clean, and the parking lot wasn't too crowded. My daughter loved her drink, and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

The restaurant doesn't stay open until 9 PM as stated on Google; the doors were locked when I arrived. If you’re not going to keep those hours, please update your hours online. It would save people time and the cost of gas. I was really looking forward to getting some Starbucks after work and drove 20 minutes one way, only to find out they close whenever they feel like it.
