Scooter's Coffee - Sedalia

Today ordered a sugar free coffee. Except when I took my blood sugar it had sky rocketed. Glad to know their workers either can?t listen or can?t read. Being pregnant my blood sugar shouldn?t get too high, so it?s nice to know they don?t care about myor the baby?s health. Also couldn?t answer the phone when I called to explain it to them which is why I?m making this review.

I love Scooter?s coffee, but my experience here wasn?t great. I ordered a kit-Kat latte with oat milk, but they gave me my drink with whole milk and whipped cream on the top. I can?t have dairy. They have a sign saying they are out of dairy alternatives,but didn?t tell me they didn?t have oat milk. So they kind of assumed whole milk was okay, which is not. The lady was rude atthe window.

This is the worst scooter joint ever. I have never had bad experiences from any other scooters except from this place (Sedalia). It just sucks that starbucks closes too early and have to choose this place for a cup of coffee but dang they always freaking get my order wrong. Either they lack of proper training or just do not care about their customers’ requests.

Got a spicy burrito. Flavor was good, however, it was a soupy burrito inside. Granted, they are a coffee joint.Food: 2/5

Attitude is great! It’s just that they NEVER get your order right. They take your order like there’s 10 cars behind you. They’re such in a hurry. I always order my coffee with one or two shots extra. I get charged for them but never actually receive them, it’s been like this for the past two years. At this poiny I’m seriously planning on filing a complaint to the attorney general.
