It says they close at 10, but don?t be fooled they close before that, even on a Saturday night ???????? bad deal. Wouldn?t even do to sell a bowl of soup at 9:51.
Halloween night, everyone is busy. So happy to see that Subway was open because I wanted something healthy versus going to Sonic next door. Sign clearly says they close at 8 on Halloween and I walk-in at 7:52, checked my watch, and I have been on the otherside of the counter plenty so I don?t care that it?s 8 minutes before close. It takes 5 minutes to make a sandwich. I was toldthat I could not get served and that I could go through the drive-thru but the lobby closed at 8. I pointed out to her that itwas not 8 yet and she simply said sorry. Really, tell me to go back out to my car and go through the drive-thru? I am standingright in front of you and there are other people in the lobby at the same time. Just make my sandwich and send me on my way. Iget that help is hard to find but I guess customers don?t matter anymore. Also, in case an owner or manager reads this, it was agirl and a guy working and this was the girl. I don?t want to leave a 1 star rating because I love Subway, but when I am deniedservice when it?s clearly open, forget that.

I was excited to use the new touch screen to simplify ordering through the drive thru. Unfortunately the screen is not working correctly. I had to repeatedly tap the continue button and other ones about 20 times before the screen would continue. Ialmost gave up and drove off. On top of all that...my order was incorrect when I got it home. So I guess the new system is notworking properly on their end either. Disappointed.
