Contribuisci feedbackA True Gem in Red Rock Country! We happened upon Dahl and DiLuca during our recent trip to Sedona, and we couldn't have been more delighted. The food was outstanding, and our starter drinks were refreshing. The dessert was absolutely divine. We can't wait to return on our next visit to Sedona! The service was excellent, too!
We started with the special burrata appetizer, which came with marinated mushrooms, artichoke hearts, a slice of prosciutto, and grilled ciabatta. I ordered a Caesar salad, which was perfectly dressed, and I chose to upgrade with white anchovies that added a delightful salty pop of umami; the capers sprinkled throughout the salad were a nice touch too. For my main course, I had the pappardelle Bolognese, featuring perfectly tender and flavorful pasta paired with a hearty sauce. I personally prefer my Bolognese a bit less saucy, and I noticed some larger chunks of carrot instead of fully minced veggies, but the flavor was definitely on point. The rest of the family enjoyed the cioppino, available in both red and white sauce; the seafood quality was exceptional in terms of freshness and preparation. We also tried the mushroom ravioli, a veal and shrimp dish, and the eggplant parmigiana, all of which were wonderfully executed. The ambiance was both romantic and elegant, with a grand chandelier above our table and soft lighting, yet it felt inviting rather than pretentious.

We recently dined at Dahl DiLuca and were absolutely delighted by the experience from start to finish. Our waiter, Lou, was a standout, showcasing an exceptional level of attentiveness and a deep understanding of the menu and its ingredients. Catering to our specific dietary preferences, particularly our strict avoidance of polyunsaturated fats, could have been a challenge, but Lou navigated it with ease. He was knowledgeable enough to inform us that the pasta we initially ordered contained canola oil, a detail we greatly appreciated. Without missing a beat, he suggested a fantastic alternative with the potato gnocchi. The shrimp fra Diavolo was a highlight, exploding with flavors, and my wife's veal Botticelli, combining tender veal with succulent shrimp, was a masterpiece. We started our meal with the delectable shrimp and scallops bruschetta, a must-try for anyone visiting. To top off the incredible meal, we indulged in desserts made with real butter, aligning with our dietary needs without compromising on taste. Beyond the food, the ambiance of Dahl DiLuca carried an elegance that made our evening all the more special. It was Lou, however, who truly enhanced our dining experience. His professionalism, combined with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, made our night unforgettable. We wholeheartedly give Dahl DiLuca five stars and recommend it to anyone looking for exquisite cuisine served with care and attention. We will certainly be returning for more memorable dining experiences.
We had a wonderful experience at this underrated gem in Sedona. My wife and I enjoyed excellent service and truly delicious food. We also opted for the couples' private seating, which provided a fantastic romantic atmosphere. Overall, it was a memorable outing!
