Tortas De Fuego 2 - Sedona

I understand it is Christmas but absolutely terrible service and the worst house margaritas I've had in a while. Requested salsa 3 times, asked for napkins at least 4 times, and the waitress must have been on delayed pms with a constant frown on her face. Happy hour is 12-4 with a couple appetizers, darft beers and house margaritas on the list. Had this not been walking distance from the Westin, we would take our money elsewhere. I truly wish servers were more cheerful despite working on holidays. I guess that's how dining out is nowadays.

Not happy with the service. Server was rude and very unfriendly. Not sure if this is because of the holiday season and owner being mean with the staff. We ordered three dishes. Ala carte of tacos was the only good dish. Diabla dish was awful- seems prepared with ketchup. Server was so odd that he boldly stated that additional salsa and chips will cost. Overall order was close to buck but for pity' things, servers attitude was an ambience and experience killer. At time of paying the bill, he was overseeing that we pay handsome tip. I would recommend to stay away from this place just because of service experience

The steak tacos received a rating of 3 out of 5 stars, while the Queso dip and chips with salsa both received 4 out of 5 stars. The Sonora enchiladas with Arrachera steak were also rated 4 out of 5. The food was amazing. I got the shredded beef tostadas and the beef is so well seasoned. I did have to take the second tostada home because the portions are large. I got the Prickly Pear mojito and I just had to ask for more lime and mint (personal preference) but it was very good. My grandparents got the flautas and the quesadilla gigantes maiz both got beef in theirs as well and they also loved the flavors. Service was fantastic and there are beautiful paintings on the tables of Sedona as well as pictures of Sedona on the walls. I was skeptical because of the appearance and the fact that it was in strip mall but it was well worth trying out. Will be going back next time I'm in Sedona!

The food was average, but I do not recommend paying with cash at this restaurant. I paid with cash and the server repeatedly asked if I wanted change, even after I said yes twice. After waiting 15 minutes and being told multiple times that someone was coming with my change, it became clear that the server was playing games. We eventually decided it wasn't worth the hassle over a few dollars, so we left. I suggest using a card if you choose to dine there.
