Le Vieux Chalet - Séez

After they skipped the kilometers plus departure from fontaine froide, they are ready to enjoy the charm of the le vieux chalets. it is a perfect bijou mountain chalet in miniatur. they are sure they are welcome in this magnificent mountain hut. the hot pralins are perfect like the vin chaud or coffee. a lunch snack is also a welcome snack. on a sunny day the outdoor terrace is busy, but it always seems to be space for one or two more. then it is a journey back to the ski domain on a slow sessel lift through the forest to listen to vogelsong.

We like to stop drinking a drink on the terrace or to eat a piece inside the caroline cottage the boss. nice small interior with nice small wood stove. sunny terrace in March that in January but the place is hot. 4 years we stop there regularly and never disappointed

Le vieux châtelet is located at the end of the fontaine froide pisten opposite the sessellift. it is a super cozy small building with a small terrace forward. a great place to stop after skiing for a weing type, coffee or hot chocolate. fontaine froide, one of my favorite pists by la rosiere, a super varied pists either as red or they can start with a black pists. the chalet le vieux has a super ambiente with a wood stove for warmth. after a stop here the sessellift back to the village is a wonderfully quiet, slower climb through the forest.
