Munchies Pizza Wings - Seffner

Pizza and bone in wings were dry and overcooked. Hardly any sauce on the wings. All 6 pizzas and 30 wings were trash.

Love this place!!! The food is always amazing. Nice local establishment perfect for the family.

I tried to call Munchies that same night to report this, but there was no answer and no voicemail. The next day, I spoke with Mike, who was quite rude and seemed to blame me for the issue, asking why I hadn't called sooner (when I had, but couldn’t get through). He asked me to count how many wings were left. I did, and he said he would replace them if I returned the rest, which I agreed to do. I also requested a manager to call me back, but that didn’t happen. On Saturday, I spoke with a manager before going in to see the owner. I returned the wings as instructed, but the owner refused to replace them as Mike had promised. Instead, he offered me a 20% discount on my next order. We returned most of the wings—28 out of the 40—while the others were thrown away since we had already tasted them. The owner had the audacity to say this cost him money, yet Munchies took my money without issue for food that wasn’t prepared as ordered and caused me inconvenience! Their math doesn’t add up! Munchies messed up my order, changed what they initially promised, and then expected me to keep spending money there with a discount on top of my losses. After the treatment I received as a customer, that will not be happening. In the end, I lost $57 and a customer who had been loyal for many years. My family, who have always supported Munchies, will never return. The employees and owners really need to improve their customer service skills if they hope to stay in business! This experience has led me to sever all ties with Munchies for good. To other customers and potential customers, consider this your warning! Spend your money wisely with businesses that truly value their customers.**

I had a lovely lunch here after work. I ordered the veggie pizza along with a side of lemon pepper wings, and it was delicious! I'm really glad I took advantage of their lunch special.
