Taco Bell - Seffner

Our dinner arrived very cold and poorly assembled. We live less than two miles from your location, which is not an excuse for the temperature of our food or the lack of ingredients. It definitely would not have met Taco Bell's usual standards. Additionally, the person who prepared our meal had his pants sagging so low that his underwear was visible, which does not reflect well on Taco Bell's reputation for quality. When I got home with our over $30 order for my family, I tried calling to share our disappointment, but no one answered. Unfortunately, we ended up throwing most of it away because it was that bad. I was very busy in the following days and couldn’t return to the store to express my concerns about the quantity and quality we received. Good luck, Taco Bell.

The service was terrible. I placed a pickup order for inside, but the doors were locked at 7:15 PM. As a result, I had to wait in a long drive-thru line, which I had hoped to avoid by choosing pickup. When I finally reached the window, the employee basically tossed the bag at me and closed the window right away. There were no napkins in the bag, and I didn't even have a chance to ask for any. I really hope they aren't being paid $15.00 an hour because they certainly don't deserve that!

It's 2:40 in the morning, and I've been in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes waiting for two orders for my customers. As a delivery driver, time is money, and every minute I spend waiting is cutting into my paycheck.

Hadn't eaten at Taco Be in a while. Absolutely fell back in love with their Burrito Supreme! Tacos were excellent as well. Glad we stopped in.

Took my order incorrectly Then didn?t make my food for 15 minutes. When I asked about it they got snappy with me. And then proceeded to make the wrong food for me. And treated me like it was my fault. But what else should I expect from Taco Bell.
