Mcdonald's Restaurants - Sefton

Yesterday, after a busy day, my family and I decided to pick up McDonald's on our way home. I ordered a Double Big Mac with fries, a Quarter Pounder with Cheese with fries, and 2 ice creams. Unfortunately, when we got home (just a short drive away), we realized they had given us a Big Mac with cheese instead of the Quarter Pounder. The food was also cold, barely warm. It was too late to go back, so we had to either eat the cold food or go hungry. It was disappointing.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. My order was never received, and when I spoke to Manager Amy and Deputy Manager Jasmine, I was shocked by their unprofessionalism. They claimed there was nothing they could do and brushed me off with a phone number for the office. I was so infuriated by the poor service that I went to the restaurant in person to address the issue, but was treated very poorly by these supposed managers.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s! But been served by the same guy a few times and he’s just great, came through the drive through tonight asked his name but can’t remember what he said think it was kunis, think he is polish but not sure! Just always...nice and think he’s a credit to your team!

The service at this restaurant was very good. We used the app to order a breakfast meal because there was a deal, so we went through the drive-thru to pick it up. I had my order ready, but a young employee informed us that we had to go to the first window with our code before 11:53. When we arrived at the first window, we were told that they couldn't fulfill the order because it was 11:11 and breakfast ended at 11. Despite there being only one minute past 11, they said there was nothing they could do and that there were no more breakfast items available. It was disappointing that this information was not communicated to us through the loudspeaker, as we would have gone inside or parked to pick up the order if we had known. The service was polite, but we left without receiving our breakfast.

Every time I go to mcdonald’s in kew southport, they manage to order my order either by missing something or give me someone else order, they even a big milkshake halfway and then to my surprise the raving idiot handing. eating on the drive through asked me “what is low?” as if he couldn’t say it for anyone seeking a new job mcdonald’s in kew southport, recruited no brain required cells!
