Oasis Coffee House - Sefton

I have been meeting friends at this café for many years. We recently visited and enjoyed the food and service. However, when we returned this week (Wednesday 19th), we were surprised to find that the café was closed for a private event. There was no advance notice given, and it seems that such closures can happen at any time without warning. The lack of organization and planning is disappointing, as there is no calendar of events provided. I was advised that the only way to ensure the café is open in the future is to call on the day or the day before, something we have never had to do in all our years of meeting there. We usually plan our meetups four weeks in advance without any issues. Now, we run the risk of showing up on the day and being turned away. Due to poor communication, I can only give this café one star.

Saturday staff are kind and helpful. Small choice of food but good quality and price. There is an area for children to play too family friendly.

This is a great place to have excellent coffee with a great view down the lake. There is plenty of parking spaces and a lift up to the cafe.

We thoroughly enjoy dining at this restaurant. The food is top-notch, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere offers a true sense of community as it is affiliated with Lakeside Church. The view from the window is fantastic - just take a look at the quick sketch I made while sitting at one of the tables.

Lovely staff, had a very nice hot chocolate and the view over marine lake was stunning. Would definitely recommend.
