Omg is all I can say! All the milkshakes. Waffles and pancakes are out of this world!!!! The staff are all very young but non the less very helpful. All food is super fresh and they will customise your order any way you want

We visited this place for a coffee break Friday last week on a scorching hot day, whilst in the area on business. There were 3 people outside already served and 1 lady inside already served and it took over half an hour for an Americano coffee and a bananarama smoothie to arrive! No welcome was offered no greeting no conversation...in fact we felt in the way! The place looked and felt like it needed a huge clean, superficially looked ok but when you looked closer which we had plenty of time to do ! it was obvious they had a lazy cleaner. The toilet was a disgrace the sink and tap areas needed the black scum scrubbing with elbow grease, the toilet needed a good clean and the floor and skirting boards needed wiping and scrubbing. Paper Hand towels should replace the table napkins surely? The music was literally blaring so loud you couldn’t talk. When I enquires politely where our order was the girl snapped at me it was just being started ! After 30 mins ! The coffee when it arrived was like dishwater, grey in colour and just awful! On a positive the bananarama was delicious. The owner needed to do some customer care training and so does his girl serving! Just a smile and a hello would have been ok! The place needs a thorough clean and you need to look at how you make your coffee! Nope not a good visit but it had some much potential ...

Each time I come to England I come in the Milk Room the milkshakes are delicious!!! It’s also not that expensive 3£ a milkshake with cream and chocolate sauce it’s really good and doesn’t end like ice like at Starbucks! I highly recommend you to stop here!
